Miami-Dade bus crash leaves 3 in serious condition

A Miami-Dade bus collided with a Chevy Malibu, leaving three men in serious condition. According to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, the car crash occurred at Northwest 27th Avenue and 36th Street. The bus had been traveling eastbound on 36th Street when it collided with the Chevy. The Chevy lost control and hit a third vehicle.

There were three men inside the Chevy. All three were taken to a nearby Trauma center where they were all listed in serious condition. There were no passengers on the bus at the time of the accident. None of the occupants of the third car were injured. The accident is still under investigation by the Miami-Dade Police and Miami-Dade Transit. It has not been determined who was at fault in the collision.

The three men who were seriously injured in this crash are likely to face expensive medical bills. In addition, they might not be able to work for a time and could lose income. The men who were injured in this accident may be entitled to financial compensation. They could use settlement money to replace the wages they lost and pay for hospital bills. If they need other things, such as wheelchairs or other medical devices, settlement money may pay for those as well.

A personal injury attorney might be able to help these men obtain a settlement. If they have any questions about the court process or filing a claim, an attorney might be able to answer their questions. If they do file a lawsuit, an attorney may present their case in court. If the judge awards a settlement, an attorney might be able to negotiate with the judge for a suitable settlement amount.
