A Florida driver with a suspended license, who hit and killed a motorcyclist, will apparently not be charged with vehicular manslaughter. Car crashes into North Miami nursing home causing one fatality

Around 1:30 a.m., a driver lost control of his vehicle, ramming the Watercrest Care Center Nursing Home in North Miami Beach. The bizarre car accident cost the driver his life. Crash on I-75 expected to lead to at least 13 lawsuits

Pedestrian injured after Miami hit-and-run car accident

Walking home from a grocery store proved hazardous to the health of a Miami man in July. Struck by a hit-and-run driver at Biscayne Boulevard and 64th Street, the victim was on the sidewalk holding his recently purchased groceries. The hit-and-run driver, a 33-year old from Palm Beach County, was driving north on Biscayne Boulevard before the car accident. For unknown reasons, the vehicle left the roadway and mounted the sidewalk, striking the innocent pedestrian.
